To enhance the structural safety of the Bo-Ai Building, the University is scheduled to begin seismic reinforcement construction starting in June. During the construction period, the Center will make every effort to minimize the impact on classes. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The arrangements for Summer Term/Summer Session classes are as follows:

＊If construction noise significantly affects class, some classes may be relocated to other classrooms or conducted online, depending on the situation.

＊If students request tuition refunds due to classroom adjustments, they may submit a refund application to the MTC office. The Center will handle such requests based on the course progress and actual circumstances.

Should there be any changes to class arrangements, the Center will notify the relevant teachers and students and assist with subsequent arrangements.
