To enhance tuberculosis prevention on campus, the Ministry of Education now requires students enrolled in seasonal Mandarin programs to submit the following health check reports:

1. Proof of positive antibodies or an immunization certificate for Measles (IgG) and Rubella (IgG) 

2. Chest X-ray report for Tuberculosis 

◎Submission Process: 

- When applying, please upload the health check report along with your passport copy, academic records, and proof of financial support to the application system. 

- We provide a sample health check form (attached below), which you may bring to a medical institution for completion. 

- Other health reports with similar information are also accepted, even if they do not follow the sample format. 

◆If you have already completed a health check: 

- Students who have previously completed a health check (e.g., degree-seeking students in Taiwan or those who underwent a health check for visa purposes) only need to fill out the Google Form and submit a copy of their report on registration day. 

◆If you have not yet completed a health check: 

- Don’t worry! If you submit all other required documents, your admission will not be affected. 

- You can complete the health check after arriving in Taiwan. Once done, submit the results via the Google Form.
