  • Step 1. Apply

    Submit your application
    Fill out the application form online or download the form (If you are unable to submit your application form online, you may download the form and mail by standard post to: No. 129, Sec. 1, Heping East Rd., Taipei City, Taiwan 106)

    Application documents require:
    Application Form
    A photocopy of your high school diploma or above
    A photocopy of your passport's information page
    A Financial Statement

    ✽ The graduation certificate should be translated into English or Chinese by a legal translation agency, and certification by the Embassy is not required.
    ✽ It takes approximately one week for us to process your application. Once approved, your admission letter will be sent to you by standard post, and a scanned copy of the letter will also be sent to you by email.
  • Step 2. Tuition Payment

    ① Log in to the online payment system
    ② Enter your reference number from the admission letter and make your payment:
    If you are currently outside Taiwan, you may pay by credit card online.
    If you are currently in Taiwan, you may pay by credit card at MTC's office or print out your billing statement and pay at a bank or convenience store.

    ✽ Please try to, complete the payment process before the registration.
  • Step 3. Registration

    Please bring your admission letter, passport, and proof of payment, to MTC on the registration date indicated in your letter, and complete the registration procedure (i.e., taking the placement test)
